**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Structural Welders** for projects located in or around **Norfolk, VA** . This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is up to $38/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Multipass. All position fillet and butt welds using the following processes: SMAW Shielded Metal Arc Welding, GMAW Gas Metal Arc Welding, FCAW Flux Cored Arc Welding and GMAWP Pulse Arc Welding
+ Using Oxygen/Propane heating torch
+ Air Carbon Arc Gouging
+ Use fillet and butt weld gauges

**Requirements:**

+ OSHA 10; may be provided to qualified candidates
+ 4+ year NNS or Naval shipyard experience
+ Must pass various weld test
