**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing company near Katy. You will be responsible for welding small to large skid units using 1G-4G with MIG and flux core processes on carbon and stainless steel. Your role includes reading and interpreting blueprints and making necessary adjustments to the welding machine.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural welding on small to large skid units using MIG and flux core processes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Adjust welding machines as needed to ensure quality and precision.
+ Work with carbon and stainless steel materials.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 4 years' experience in structural welding.
+ At least 4 years' experience with MIG/Flux core welding processes.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in structural fitting.
