**Structural Welder – 2nd Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Weld and fabricate structural steel components including:
+ Beams
+ Columns
+ Girders
+ Other structural assemblies
+ Perform production and structural welding using **3/32 and .045 wire** .
+ Read and interpret:
+ Blueprints
+ Shop drawings
+ Welding symbols
+ Technical specifications
+ Operate welding equipment including:
+ MIG welders
+ Stick welders
+ Flux-core welding equipment
+ Cut, shape, and prepare materials using:
+ Oxy-acetylene torches
+ Plasma cutters
+ Grinders
+ Other fabrication tools
+ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
+ Collaborate with fabrication teams, engineers, and production personnel to meet production schedules and project goals.
+ Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.
+ Complete finishing work, including grinding...
