Structural Technician

Overview

Structural Technician – London EC2 £38k‑£48k + travel to work paid

Responsibilities

• Design complex temporary works, including hoardings, barriers, formwork, scaffolding, hoists, and fabrication
• Prepare connection designs and Cat 3 checks for heavy temporary works
• Develop innovative, non‑typical solutions for major building façade retentions and other London building schemes
• Collaborate on large building projects on complex sites, ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Few years of experience working with Tekla or Revit
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a “think outside the box” mindset
• Excellent communication, adaptability and teamwork abilities
