Location: Luton outskirts

Salary: £37k-£42k plus benefits

Our client is a small but unique practice who are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join them as a Structural CAD Technician. You will work within a dynamic and busy team on a range of projects including hi‑spec residential, commercial, and sustainable construction, plus more.

Working closely with the structural engineers, you will play an integral part in each scheme from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buildings structures drawings with accuracy and integrity
• Work within the whole team to adhere to company guidelines
• Assist with preparing project documentation

About you

• Previous experience in all traditional materials
• At least 3 years' UK experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD
