Structural Revit Designer

**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is looking for an experienced CAD Operator to join our Structures team in Miami, Florida, (FL)! This is not a remote opportunity.

**Responsibilities**

+ This individual will primarily be responsible for:
+ structural drafting assignments requiring advanced working knowledge of structural design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques in building structural, site structural, and heavy structural elements in concrete, masonry, steel, and wood
+ This person will develop technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and REVIT software
+ The person in this position will make and quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity and may perform some multifaceted calculations
+ Requires minimal supervision to perform day to day tasks
+ Completes structural projects from initial concept, through construction documents
+ Has knowledge of engineering principles and suggests design changes
