We are seeking an experienced Structural Projects Specialist to join a major mining operation in the Pilbara region. This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 8:6 roster, commencing mid-March 2026 for an 3-month engagement.
This position will oversee structural remediation activities across site operations, leading teams of painters and boilermakers while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of works.

About the Role

Reporting to the Engineering function, you will be responsible for managing structural remediation works across both weekly online maintenance and planned shutdown periods. You will play a key role in prioritising risk, coordinating contractors, and maintaining structural asset integrity.
