Fairview has an immediate opening for a Structural Heart Clinic RN at the Fairview Heart Care Clinic located on St. John's Hospital Campus in Maplewood, MN.
This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two week pay period), day shift, benefits eligible opening. We believe the schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
The structural heart RN role provides thorough, patient and family centered care for patients with structural heart conditions- specifically valve disease. The valve program coordinator works to maximize patient's experience and health outcomes from initial referral, through consult, procedure, and follow up care.
This is a specialized RN role requiring knowledge of general cardiology, valvular disease, heart failure, and procedural/surgical treatments.
