**Job Description**

This role focuses on structural fitting and fabrication for skid-mounted data center rack assemblies. You will interpret and work from blueprints to fit up channels and I-beams, then independently tack and prep materials using MIG and flux-core welding processes. The position requires a high level of precision, self-sufficiency, and strong blueprint reading skills in a production shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret and work from detailed blueprints to lay out and fit structural components for skid-mounted data center racks.
+ Fit up channels, I-beams, and other structural members to specified dimensions and tolerances.
+ Independently set up, fit, and tack structural assemblies without assistance in most cases.
+ Perform tacking and basic welding using MIG and flux-core processes to prepare assemblies for final welding.
