Structural Engineering Manager

We're expanding our engineering team and looking for an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead and contribute to the structural design, analysis, and construction support of small modular nuclear reactors, offering innovative and sustainable energy solutions tailored for district heating and industrial heating applications.
You will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and constructability of both surface and underground structures, including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, and rock caverns. This position plays a key role in interfacing structural design with geotechnical, seismic, and nuclear safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and perform structural design and analysis for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures in safety-critical facilities.
