: Principals are leaders of the firm and are expected to mentor and develop technical staff, effectively manage engineering projects, and successfully develop client relationships and obtain projects.Lead and direct the project team from conceptual design through construction administration. Keep group staff fully utilized while maintaining a high staff effective multiplier. Supervise staff and coordinate activities of project managers. Guide project teams to meet/exceed client expectations of quality and service. Lead staff development opportunities to ensure skills are acquired to support firm growth.
