An established and highly respected North American manufacturing organization is seeking a Structural Engineer to serve as a key engineering resource supporting multiple manufacturing facilities across a growing enterprise.

This role offers a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional consulting projects and become deeply involved in real-world engineering challenges that directly impact plant operations, facility improvements, capital projects, and long-term infrastructure performance. You'll work on diverse structural engineering initiatives ranging from equipment support structures and mezzanines to facility modifications, concrete foundations, and large-scale capital improvements.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving practical engineering problems, collaborating cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams, and seeing projects through from concept to implementation.
