STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate reinforcement detailing drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) using CADS RC (or similar software).
• Extract rebar details from Issued for Tender (IFT) and Issued for Construction (IFC) structural drawings.
• Generate bar marks, lengths, shapes and quantities clearly in line with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings and schedules comply with relevant codes and standards (BS ACI or equivalent).
• Maintain compliance with client specifications, site‑specific requirements and project QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams to resolve discrepancies and provide clarifications.
• Update and maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
