Job Description
The Stroke Association is seeking a Support Coordinator based in Crewe to assist stroke survivors and their families. This home-based role involves extensive travel to provide personalized support, advice, and information to ensure effective recovery.
Candidates should have experience in a caring profession, excellent IT skills, and a flexible approach. You will work collaboratively with the NHS to make a positive impact on the lives of stroke survivors.
This role offers a salary of circa £17,000 per annum for 21 hours a week, with the contract lasting until 31 March 2027.
