Stringer Operator Trainee

**Job Title: Operator Trainee**
**Job Description**
As an Operator Trainee, you will be paired with an experienced operator to learn the operation of our state-of-the-art equipment. Your role involves the operation of a machine that runs string through solar cells and solders them together for solar panel frames. You will be expected to enhance your production skills and exceed the current workforce's output as you become more experienced.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the supply of thread in the system to ensure it does not run out during operation.
+ Visually inspect products after cells are strung together to determine quality.
+ Operate the machine, which includes monitoring quality checks displayed on a 50-inch monitor.
+ Set aside products that do not pass quality inspection for repair.
+ Perform general cleaning every two hours by stopping the machine for 30 minutes.
