Randstad is partnering with a major State Government transport department to secure a high-level specialist for a critical, timebound project. This isn’t just about comms—it’s about leading the development of an internal Industrial Relations (IR) Strategy and Roadmap that will safeguard a multi-billion dollar program.

Key Deliverables

• Strategic Drafting: Lead the development of the Strategy, refining the narrative to ensure clarity, coherence, and defensibility.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Coordinate briefings and facilitate discussions involving competing perspectives to capture and synthesise feedback.
