Job Purpose
As the Strategy & Programme Delivery Lead you will be responsible for creating the cross-organisational processes that ensure that the right resources, focus and actions are delivered to enable strategic success. In this role you will also be the liaison point for the Board of Trustees – supporting the delivery of papers, meetings and ongoing engagement – supporting their robust oversight of strategy, as well as organisational risk. This will include the development and delivery of high-quality reporting processes for both the Senior Leadership Team and for the Board of Trustees. This role will also play a critical part in the development of strengthened cross organisation strategy delivery impact measurement.
