Strategy & Operations Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a curious, analytically rigorous Strategy Analyst to support the ideation, design, and activation of key organizational initiatives. While anchored in our people strategy, this role has a broad mandate that touches on operational excellence, enterprise-wide transformation, and broader business objectives.
Serving a dual mandate, the ideal candidate acts as both a strategic thought partner—helping translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies—and functions in a Chief of Staff capacity to orchestrate the cadence of the organization. This is a high-visibility role for someone with an internal consulting mindset who thrives on conceptualizing solutions, managing complex portfolios, and turning ambiguity into structure.
