Strategy Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Business Strategy & Planning Lead the annual and long-range strategic planning process aligned with the organization's vision and mission. Conduct macro-environmental analysis using PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT/TOWS, and industry benchmarking. Develop go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and business growth roadmaps. Facilitate strategy workshops with senior leadership and translate objectives into actionable plans. Monitor strategic initiative execution and present insights through dashboards and leadership reports. B. Performance Management System (KPI & KRA) Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization-wide Performance Management System. Define and cascade KPIs and KRAs across business units, departments, teams, and individual contributors.
