Strategy Manager

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant strategy, consulting or investment banking experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas; strategy, strategic planning, consulting, corporate planning or decision-support work, with enough depth to take on higher-level strategy research, upfront framing and synthesis
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Ability to translate broad strategic questions into clear hypotheses, workplans, framing and decision points
• Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to build coherent narratives from incomplete information and refine them as deeper analysis emerges
• Comfort working in an iterative strategy-development cycle, where deeper analytical work is used to test, refine and strengthen the initial framing and narrative
