Strategy Consultant

Job Description

A strong strategy practitioner who can take ownership of key parts of an engagement, helping turn ambiguity into clear direction and action.

This is a hands‑on role. You will work as part of a small, multi‑disciplinary team, driving analysis, shaping thinking, and helping translate ideas into structured, investable propositions.

You’ll work closely with a Strategy and Design Leads, who own the engagement, while you take responsibility for progressing the work, developing outputs, and contributing to day‑to‑day client interaction.

We’re looking for someone with a solid grounding in strategy and product thinking, who is comfortable working in ambiguity, and motivated by making ideas real.

• Own and deliver discrete workstreams within Dava.Y engagements (typically 4–10 weeks)
