Strategy and Operations Principal

Requirements

• Have a background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff, ideally with experience as a founder or early GTM hire at a scaling SaaS company
• Possess a proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes specifically within the SaaS industry
• Naturally prioritize building automated, scalable workflows over implementing manual, one-off fixes for messy processes
• Fully autonomous in your data work, capable of writing your own SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses
• Lead with a spreadsheet-first mentality, using advanced modeling and technical data skills to drive strategic decisions
• Can seamlessly pivot from ghostwriting high-level strategy memos for the CEO to troubleshooting granular CRM lead-routing errors
• Have the conviction to make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with only 70% of the available data
