As a Strategic Workforce Transformation & Planning Lead, working with the Senior Manager, you'll drive the development of our enterprise-wide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) operating model, using data, insight and innovative thinking to influence strategic decisions and support the Group's long-term direction. This is a critical and highly visible role that blends operating model design, strategic planning, data-led insight and cross-functional collaboration.
