Akamai is seeking a Support Delivery Manager II to join our Global Support Team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements through a data-driven approach.
The successful candidate will have over 6 years of experience in customer support or technical account management and be adept at collaborating across teams to resolve issues. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
