**Summary:**
The Strategic Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in advancing the division’s sourcing strategy by leading high‑impact sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable savings. This position develops and executes sourcing strategies that create business value through market intelligence, cost analysis, risk reduction, quality improvement, and supplier performance management. The role is responsible for monitoring key supplier markets, providing cost inputs for annual planning, and ensuring the business maintains an uninterrupted supply of materials and products.
Beyond driving value, the Strategic Sourcing Manager leads cross‑functional teams in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, manages strategic supplier relationships, and ensures alignment with operational, financial, and technical stakeholders.
