Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Aston Carter is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire an IT Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing initiatives across technology categories. This role plays a critical part in managing vendor relationships, driving cost savings, and leading end-to-end procurement activities for high-value engagements.
Key Responsibilities

+ Lead end-to-end sourcing engagements for IT vendors, including software and services

+ Develop and execute RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ)

+ Conduct competitive bidding and evaluate supplier proposals

+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for engagements typically exceeding $250K

+ Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies

+ Collaborate with legal, vendor management, and risk teams to ensure compliance

+ Support Category Leads on complex sourcing initiatives
