Celeste is a fast-growing premium tea brand expanding its B2B vertical (corporate gifting, hospitality, curated workspaces).
We are looking for a serious B2B sales professional who understands premium positioning and can build structured institutional relationships.
This role is for someone who can:
- Independently generate and close corporate leads
- Build long-term partnerships (not discount-driven sales)
- Present confidently to senior decision-makers
- Maintain pricing discipline while driving growth
Required:
- 3+ years B2B sales / BD experience
- Exposure to premium / hospitality / luxury / F&B preferred
- Strong communication, structured follow-up & ownership mindset
- Comfortable working directly with the founder
