About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the City of Ryde as a Strategic Project Manager. In this role you will manage the initiation, implementation and project coordination for key strategic projects. You will also be responsible for managing three large scale strategic developments, along with a full property portfolio review.

As a key member of the Strategic Property team you will lead the identification, feasibility studies, business case development and due diligence investigations relating to strategic large scale development projects and identify opportunities to repurpose, redevelop, divest or acquire assets as part of the property portfolio review, to meet project outcomes and to address Council and community requirements.
