KGiSL in Singapore seeks a structured and analytical Project Management Officer (PMO) to bridge local strategic initiatives and Head Office. In this role, you will oversee funding approvals and ensure system changes meet global and local standards.
Candidates should have over 8 years' experience in financial services, strong knowledge of governance processes, and elite communication skills in English and preferably Japanese. Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
