We're seeking a commercially minded insurance professional to lead the identification, assessment and development of strategic insurance partnerships, with a particular focus on co-insurance opportunities. This is not a volume-driven business development role and it is not a mandate to build a large-scale portfolio. The focus is on identifying a small number of high-quality, long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will map the market, assess opportunities, evaluate commercial and operational viability, and help determine where the business should deploy its capital and resources.
