Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to help high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux successfully implement our POS and SaaS solutions. Your Role:
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients
Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience
Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, on-site training, and support
Act as a trusted product and technical advisor
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations
Keep clients engaged, satisfied, and transactional through proactive follow-ups
Maintain clear implementation documentation and process guides
