SFS partners across the Global Banking & Markets franchises on unconventional financing solutions for strategic situations, including private and emerging financial innovations. Our team leads the origination, structuring, and development of both principal risk and syndicated structures in situations where traditional markets are not the best fit or where there is a developing theme.
