Strategic Final Mile Delivery Lead

Arhaus Recruiting is looking for a Final Mile Manager at our Boston location, responsible for overseeing logistics operations to ensure adherence to standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead the day-to-day functions at our hub facilities while actively maintaining strong partnerships with both internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in logistics or home delivery operations and is a self-starter capable of independent decision-making. Candidates should have reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to lift up to 150 lbs and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
