In this executive role, you will empower Xenon by spearheading total compensation strategies tailored to organizational goals and market demands. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR and finance, you will lead the management of salary, equity, and benefits programs while ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions in both Canada and the U.S.
