Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for callers.
- Handle emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for the manager’s attention.
- Manage calendar meetings and travel booking.
- Prepare and organize minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Travel with the Managing Director occasionally.
