**Overview**
GovCIO is hiring an experienced Strategic Communications Specialist to refresh the brand identity differentiate a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Data Modernization initiative from competitors, as well as ensure unified messaging. This position is fully remote, located in the United States. 
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the development of a refreshed Summit brand identity, including unified messaging, differentiated value propositions, and supporting documentation to clearly articulate platform capabilities and audience alignment.
+ Produce and manage strategic communications and customer‑facing content, helping connect users to available data and tools while creating a “single front door” that explains what Summit is, what it does, and who it serves.
