Role Purpose

The Strategic Change Manager (AI) is responsible for delivering the UKI business strategy across Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) functions. The role coordinates and executes change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and positive delivery outcomes. As part of the Strategic Planning & Change team, the holder drives planning, bridges gaps between cross‑functional teams, manages delivery, tracks progress, and supports embedding change.

• Take a leading role in the delivery of change initiatives across COO and CCO functions, coordinating and maintaining alignment with business priorities, and driving activities through to successful completion.
