• Pay Level: £41,873 - £47,238 (fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)

• Location: Observatory House/ Slough. Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Strategic Asset Officer to support the management and disposal of the Council’s surplus property assets. Working closely with Council services, tenants, occupiers, and agents, you will help maximise income and capital receipts from a varied portfolio including community assets, retail units, office buildings, and investment properties.
