Strategic Analyst/PMO

PMO/Strategic Analyst Reports to: Services Strategy Lead Location: Shanghai or Beijing Overview This role is responsible for driving some of the ONE Service Strategy Program over the next 2–3 years, orchestrating strategy governance, performance frameworks, and progress tracking across strategic accelerators and transformative enablers. The PMO / Strategy Analyst partners with Service leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose status quo, define objectives and growth levers, and standardize project management practices that ensure disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
