Job Overview iCIMS is looking for a Strategic Alliance Director to join our Partnerships team. This role will work closely with a book of top partners to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue for the partnership. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Sales, Alliance Sales and/or Partner Relationship Management who has a track record of building and maintaining complex channel relationships, is self-motivated and takes accountability for results.
