Strategic Account Manager, Grocery and Pets (TikTok Shop, Malaysia)

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate brands, principals, distributors and key merchants that contribute meaningful GMV growth within Groceries and Pets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, negotiate commercial plans and secure best deals based on campaign priorities and seasonality.
• Identify growth opportunities for merchants through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, content, livestream and affiliate levers, while building JBPs.
• Manage seller performance and service quality, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time and customer experience to improve conversion.
• Manage mid and long-tail sellers through scalable incubation programs, seller communications and performance management tools.
• Develop and execute category or sub-category growth plans with clear actions across traffic, assortment, content and monetisation levers.
