• Champion the Bsafe and Bbest culture in daily operations
• Manage commercial agreements from proposal to project completion
• Lead collaborative efforts among departments and stakeholders
• Review forecasts and operational analyses to meet goals
• Provide mentorship and conduct performance evaluations
