Benefits & Perks:

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of strata buildings
• Scheduling, preparing, attending, and recording minutes for Strata Council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
• Working with Council to prepare annual budgets, analyze forecasts and expenses, including the contingency fund; assisting with monthly financial statements and operational reports; managing accounts payable and other strata accounting functions
