We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a busy automotive operation in Thurleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual to join a fast-paced stores team, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of vehicle parts and consumables.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock is received, stored, and issued accurately while maintaining high standards of organisation and housekeeping.

The Role:


As a Stores Operative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving deliveries and unloading goods safely

  • Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any shortages or damaged items

  • Booking goods into the inventory management system

  • Moving stock to the correct storage locations

  • Labelling and organising parts accurately

  • Carrying out regular stock checks and assisting with stock takes
