Stores Controller

Position Overview

The Store Controller will report to the IMP Aerospace and Defence location near the Halifax International Airport.

What You Will Do

• Complete shipping and receiving documentation and verify and trace incoming and outgoing parts, supplies and material.
• Package items for outgoing shipments and affix identifying information and shipping instructions.
• Receive, sort and issue/route incoming parts and supplies.
• Pick and prepare transfers to Main Operating Bases (MOB) as well as internal production teams.
• Process incoming requisitions and distribute parts/supplies.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Count stock, complete stock‑taking investigations for evaluation and reviews and recommend stock adjustments, stock levels for approval.
