Storeperson/Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Storeperson/Forklift Operator in Townsville to join our team ASAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to transport materials and goods throughout the warehouse, as well as assisting in various processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Use of RF gun to scan barcode into the system, on larger items a side sticker is required to be put on side of boxes with warranty details, picking orders of run sheets, computer and paperwork.
• General housekeeping.
• Working in an open warehouse environment with isles and racking.
• Loading and unloading trucks will form a large part of the role - knowledge of warehouse and distribution will be required for this part.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using the forklift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
