**What to Expect**

As a Stored Media Analyst, you will assist with document storage, microfilm and microfiche storage, and document images.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Pull, scan, pick-up, deliver, and ship document storage requests
+ Provide back-up for Stored Media Analyst/Physical Objects Lead
+ Assist with warehouse audits
+ Assist 1701 Warehouse Techs as needed
+ Process engineering drawings/data books by scanning/copying
+ Process microform requests by scanning/copying
+ Run several different scanners, including oversize, aperture card, and microform
+ Help with special projects
+ Pull and deliver requested boxes of documents to various Phillips 66 locations from Bartlesville to Ponca City
+ Update and log complete and accurate documentation in software systems such as Livelink and SAP
+ Keep track of special projects by updating Excel worksheets
