Store Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Check the physical condition of merchandise* to ensure it remains in good condition, is displayed correctly, has price tags and that the department is kept clean and tidy, to ensure inventory is well-managed according to established standards.

2. Check merchandise stock levels, stock balancing, and organizing warehouse storage in the store, to ensure physical stock remains accurate with the system.

3. Provide recommendations on product sales performance in the store to serve as input for product sourcing decisions.

4. Provide recommendations to the buyer & marketing team regarding product marketing needs to drive sales growth in the department.

5. Analyze sales activities and provide improvement recommendations to enhance service and support the achievement of maximum sales.
