Store Supervisor

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the efficient and organized management of the factory's material storage operations, including the handling, documentation, and movement of incoming and outgoing goods. This role requires strong leadership to oversee a team of store personnel, enforce operational standards, and maintain full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations for materials from receiving, storage, until dispatch to production or delivery.
• Coordinate unloading of incoming materials and ensure items are stored in the correct designated locations.
• Ensure timely issuing/dispatch of materials with accurate documentation (receiving notes, issue slips, inventory logs).
• Maintain accurate stock records; perform scheduled/ad-hoc stock count and follow up discrepancies.
