ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in most cases, performing all necessary functions for successful store operation. The Shift Supervisor will take direction from the Store Manager and make key decisions on store resources and decisions to be made.Executes merchandising plans and maintain in-stock conditions throughout the stores.Drives engagement by communicating with customers and providing feedback and service results to associates. Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively. Oversees work assignments to utilize talents and abilities while maximizing profits most effectively.
